Job Description

Robert Half is seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Project Manager to support the planning, coordination and execution of projects from start to finish. This role works closely with project managers, internal teams, clients and vendors to help ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope and within budget.
Key Responsibilities:
Assist the Project Manager with day-to-day project coordination and administrationTrack project schedules, milestones, deliverables and budgetsPrepare project documentation, status reports and meeting notesCoordinate communication among internal stakeholders, clients, subcontractors and vendorsHelp identify project risks, issues and delays, and support resolution effortsMonitor project progress and follow up on outstanding tasksMaintain project files, contracts, change orders and other recordsSupport procurement, invoicing and resource coordination as neededParticipate in project meetings and provide updates on action items
