Blue Bell, PA A national design-build general contractor is seeking a Senior Project Manager to join its growing Blue Bell area operation. This individual will lead large-scale commercial and industrial projects while serving as a mentor and coach to PMs and APMs . Responsibilities Lead ground-up commercial and industrial projects, typically $10M+ (cold storage, food processing, manufacturing) Manage projects from preconstruction/design coordination through construction and closeout Oversee budgets, schedules, subcontractors, RFIs, change orders, procurement, and client relationships Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, field teams, and trade partners Proactively resolve schedule, budget, quality, and constructability challenges Mentor and develop Project Managers and Assistant Project Managers Maintain strong client relationships and ensure successful project delivery Qualifications 7+ years of commercial/industrial construction project management experience Strong general contractor background Experience independently managing ground-up projects valued at $10M+ Design-build experience strongly preferred Warehouse, manufacturing, food processing, and/or cold storage experience Strong leadership and mentoring capabilities Excellent budgeting, scheduling, communication, and client-management skills Highlights of the Opportunity Established national design-build GC with 60+ years in the industry Rapidly growing Philadelphia-area operation with a strong project pipeline Significant portfolio of large-scale industrial and commercial projects Opportunity to have a major impact within an entrepreneurial, growth-oriented regional office backed by the resources of a national contractor Senior-level position with the opportunity to coach and develop younger project management talent Comprehensive benefits including 100% paid employee health insurance, retirement/profit sharing, generous PTO, and professional development opportunities Primarily office-based with occasional travel to project sites LAC-123
