  • Job Summary
  • The Project Coordinator will be responsible for supporting project managers and teams in coordinating and organizing construction projects. This role requires attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and the ability to multitask effectively.
  • Duties
  • Assist in project planning, scheduling, and implementation
  • Coordinate project activities and ensure all deadlines are met
  • Communicate with stakeholders to provide project updates and resolve issues
  • Maintain project documentation and records
  • Assist in preparing project reports and presentations
  • Utilize construction management software for project tracking and reporting
  • Support in construction estimating and/or change orders
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure project success
  • Manage project files and documentation using Prolog or ProCore or other software
  • Utilize Time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively
  • Experience
  • Previous experience in a construction-related role or project coordination is preferred
  • Familiarity with project scheduling tools
  • Proficiency in construction management software
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential for this role
