Job Description
Reputable services company located in the King of Prussia/Wayne area is looking to staff a tech savvy, Project Coordinator with proven estimating abilities. This Project Coordinator will provide administrative support to project teams, ensuring smooth coordination of project activities, documentation, and communication. In this role, the Project Coordinator will also review and confirm lead activities, complete internal audits of all active projects, assist with drafting invoices and expense reporting, monitor task completion, identify potential project risks, and ensure project processes and standards are followed. The ideal candidate must have excellent organizational skills, solid time management skills, and the ability to work in a fast paced environment. Primary Responsibilities
- General administrative support
- Manage internal record keeping system
- Project procurement management
- Prepare financial reports
- Assist with vendor/subcontractor correspondence
- Plan and organize project scheduling
- Internal/External stakeholder communication
- Develop process improvement opportunities
- Review and analyze estimates
- Assist billing department as needed The ideal Project Coordinator will have a Bachelors degree in Business Administration. Other requirements for the Project Coordinator role include and are not limited to:
- 1-3 years of experience in project coordination, administration, or related role
