Job Description

Project Manager - Multifamily Capital Projects We are seeking a hands-on Project Manager to oversee capital improvement and renovation projects across a portfolio of multifamily communities in the Greater Philadelphia area. You will play a key role in executing a significant value-add and repositioning strategy across a portfolio of apartment communities consisting of vintage assets undergoing extensive renovations. Key Responsibilities Manage capital improvement and renovation projects across multiple multifamily communities. Coordinate project timelines, budgets, vendors, contractors, and on-site teams. Oversee unit renovations, exterior improvements, amenity upgrades, and property repositioning initiatives. Monitor project progress to ensure work is completed on schedule and within budget. Conduct regular site visits and maintain quality control throughout all phases of construction. Collaborate closely with ownership and operations teams to prioritize projects and minimize disruption to residents. Track project expenses and provide regular status updates and reporting. Qualifications 3-5+ years of project management experience, preferably within multifamily housing. Experience managing apartment renovations, value-add projects, or property repositioning initiatives. Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to work independently and make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment. Strong communication and vendor management skills. Advanced technical skills are not required; experience with project tracking and budgeting tools is preferred. What We Offer Competitive compensation with flexibility for the right candidate.
