Commercial Work Tiello has partnered with a highly successful General Contractor in the King of Prussia, PA area on their search for a Assistant Project Manager with experience in commercial work projects . Working closely with seasoned Project Managers, you will help guide projects from concept through completion, ensuring seamless coordination, clear communication, and operational excellence.

Duties & Responsibilities:

Support the Project Manager in planning, coordinating, and executing commercial construction projects from start to finish Track project progress and provide timely updates on schedules, budgets, and resource allocation Coordinate with subcontractors, vendors, and clients to ensure project requirements and expectations are met Assist with managing project documentation, including contracts, change orders, RFIs, and schedules Facilitate clear communication among internal teams and external stakeholders to proactively resolve issues Help prepare project reports and presentations for leadership and clients

Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred Minimum 5 years of experience in commercial construction or project management Solid understanding of construction processes, safety regulations, and project timelines Proficiency in Procore and Microsoft Office Suite Strong organizational skills with excellent written and verbal communication Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, collaborative environment while managing multiple priorities Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. Tiello LLC is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
