About the Business Rapidly growing developer and EPC contractor delivering utility-scale energy Collaborative, privately-held culture with streamlined decision-making and direct access to leadership Very strong pipeline of utility-scale energy projects with real opportunity to grow alongside the business Key Responsibilities Manage full project lifecycle from engineering through construction and commissioning Oversee project scope, schedule, budget, and overall execution Coordinate between engineering teams, construction managers, contractors, and internal stakeholders Ensure compliance with safety standards, quality requirements, and project specifications Identify and mitigate project risks while maintaining timelines and cost controls Lead project meetings, reporting, and stakeholder communication throughout execution Requirements & Qualifications 7+ years of experience in construction or project management within energy infrastructure or renewable power generation Strong background in construction execution and project delivery Experience delivering projects from early engineering through construction completion Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive projects forward with minimal oversight Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills Compensation & Benefits 3 Days in office Very Competitive base salary 15% performance bonus 100% employer-paid medical, dental, and vision coverage 401(k) match Car allowance with fuel card
