Job Description
Project Manager - Architectural Millwork & Casework Emmaus, PA | American Millwork & Cabinetry (AMC) Company Overview American Millwork & Cabinetry (AMC) is a premier manufacturer of architectural millwork and casework serving commercial, institutional, and specialty clients across the Mid-Atlantic region. Operating from an 80,000 sq. ft. facility in Emmaus, PA, AMC employs over 80 skilled professionals and is a long-standing member of the Architectural Woodwork Institute (AWI). Position Summary AMC is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee custom millwork and casework projects from award through installation. This position is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and in accordance with contractual and quality requirements. Key Responsibilities Manage projects from award through closeout Define scope, schedule, and budget; track progress in Crows Nest Review drawings, materials, and installation requirements Perform field measurements as required Coordinate with engineering, production, and installation teams Manage change orders and client communications Maintain submittals, documentation, and approvals Ensure compliance with quality standards and client expectations Partner with accounting on billing and job costing Participate in post-project reviews and process improvements Qualifications 5+ years of project management experience in architectural millwork, casework, or commercial interiors Strong knowledge of millwork fabrication and installation methods Proficiency with project management software (Crows Nest preferred) Excellent organizational, communication, and leadership skills Bachelor's degree in construction management, architecture, or related field preferred Compensation & Benefits Competitive salary based on experience 401(k) with 6% company match Medical benefits (company covers most individual costs) 10 days PTO to start Professional, team-oriented work environment Career growth opportunities Apply Now Qualified candidates interested in contributing to a high-performing organization known for quality and craftsmanship are encouraged to apply.
