Job requirements 6+ years of project management experience in heavy civil construction, industrial construction, or related construction environments Experience managing multiple construction projects simultaneously Knowledge of project scheduling, budgeting, cost control, forecasting, and subcontractor management Ability to review and interpret contracts, construction drawings, specifications, and project documents Experience managing project billing, change orders, and production schedules Strong communication, leadership, organization, and problem-solving skills Proficiency with construction project management processes and documentation Valid driver's license Experience with sewer and water infrastructure, roadway construction, bridge construction, or municipal public works projects is preferred Chivers Construction Co., Inc. is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
