Estimating/Administrating Assistant

We are looking for a dependable and detail-oriented individual to join our team in a construction office. This is a great opportunity for someone who wants to learn the construction industry, while gaining hands-on experience in estimating support, project management support, office operations including HR and accounting support.

Responsibilities:

Download, print and organize construction drawings and specifications Track and distribute project addendums Assist with preparing and assembling bid documents Maintain organized digital and physical project files Support project managers with clerical tasks (submittals, RFIs, change orders) Assist with basic HR duties General secretarial duties Provide accounting support and general office duties

Qualifications:

Strong organization and attention to detail Willingness to learn and take direction Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office) Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines Construction or office experience is a plus, but not required
