Job Description
WSP's Code of Conduct Who You Are Required Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in environmental studies, biology, natural sciences or ecology, environmental planning, environmental science, or a related field (or equivalent experience) 10+ years of experience managing environmental permitting and planning projects for energy‑related infrastructure Demonstrated ability to work independently while providing leadership and guidance to project teams Strong leadership and interpersonal communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively and professionally with clients, agencies, and colleagues at all levels Experience preparing proposals, presentations, and project pricing structures Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including defining and managing client requirements and expectations Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills, with the ability to synthesize complex information and reach sound technical conclusions Proven commitment to workplace safety and compliance with WSP's health, safety, and conduct policies Flexibility to meet changing business needs and willingness to travel occasionally based on project requirementsPreferred Qualifications:
Master's degree in environmental or natural sciences, environmental planning, or a related discipline Project Management Professional (PMP) or other relevant professional certifications Experience with contract negotiations and contract management Experience preparing or supporting expert witness testimony WSP Benefits WSP provides a comprehensive suite of benefits focused on providing health and financial stability throughout the employee's career. Compensation • Expected Salary (all locations): $140,000- $200,000 WSP USA is providing the compensation range that the company in good faith believes it might pay and offer for this position, based on the successful applicant's education, experience, knowledge, skills, abilities in addition to internal equity and specific geographic location.
