Build the Future of Advanced Manufacturing Gross Electric is seeking a highly motivated Assistant Project Manager to join our team supporting large-scale datacenter projects in Fairless Hills, PA. About Gross Electric Gross Electric is a family-owned industrial electrical contractor headquartered in Queensbury, NY. We specialize in semiconductor, pharmaceutical, advanced manufacturing, healthcare, data center, and industrial projects throughout the Northeast and Southeast. Our team is known for tackling challenging projects with a focus on safety, quality, innovation, and customer service. Responsibilities Assist Project Managers in the planning, execution, and closeout of semiconductor construction projects. Track project budgets, costs, change orders, and procurement activities. Coordinate with field supervision, engineering, BIM/VDC teams, vendors, and subcontractors. Prepare RFIs, submittals, meeting minutes, and project documentation. Support project scheduling and manpower planning efforts. Review drawings, specifications, and contract documents. Monitor material deliveries and equipment procurement. Participate in owner, contractor, and coordination meetings. Help maintain project controls and reporting requirements. Support quality control and safety initiatives throughout project execution. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or related field preferred. 2-5 years of construction experience preferred. Electrical construction experience is a plus. Semiconductor, pharmaceutical, industrial, or mission-critical project experience is highly desirable. Strong organizational and communication skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite. Experience with Procore, Autodesk Construction Cloud, Bluebeam, or similar platforms is a plus.
