  • $110,000 per year plus Performance Based Bonuses.
Location:
Hanover, PA (30% Travel Required).
Job/Employment Type:
Full Time. (Emergence service is offered, so on call work will be occasionally required)
Project Scope:
Residential and Commercial Restoration.
Mandatory Licenses & Certifications:
Valid Driver's License.
The Opportunity:
You will serve as a high-impact leader, managing the efficient and profitable completion of complex restoration projects while ensuring the highest quality standards. Impact:
Supervise and coach multiple construction and mitigation teams to ensure peak productivity and high-quality workmanship. Execute daily management of field operations, serving as the primary liaison between clients and the company. Coordinate with general and trade contractors to clarify scopes of work and manage the completion of project punch lists. Analyze project requirements to provide accurate quantities for labor and materials, ensuring budgets are maintained. Perform critical quality control inspections and system tests to guarantee proper home performance and safety. Review and approve daily field documentation, including timesheets and status reports, to maintain project transparency. Evaluate properties to develop comprehensive estimates and scopes of work for specialized restoration projects.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
Proven experience in a leadership role within the construction or restoration industry. Strong technical proficiency with MS Office, including Excel, and comfort working in a technology-driven environment. Demonstrated ability to read and interpret detailed job scopes and architectural instructions. Ability to perform hands-on incidental structural repairs, including windows and doors. Willingness to travel up to 30% of the time to support regional project assignments. Physical capacity to lift 50 pounds and work in various outdoor weather conditions and environments.
Preferred Qualifications & Experience:
Approximately 8 years of relevant construction and supervisory experience in a production-oriented environment. Associate degree or equivalent technical training in a related field. Possession of OSHA 10 certification and IICRC Water Mitigation certification. Advanced knowledge of general contracting and property inspection processes.
