work/ life balance competitive benefits and salary About Our Client A growing mechanical construction organization is seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee construction projects from planning through completion. This position is responsible for ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the satisfaction of clients and stakeholders. The ideal candidate will be a strong leader with exceptional organizational, communication, and project management skills. Job Description Manage all phases of mechanical construction projects, from initiation to completion. Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure project milestones are met. Prepare and monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources. Ensure compliance with safety standards and regulatory requirements. Review and approve project plans, drawings, and specifications. Resolve any project-related issues or conflicts promptly. Provide regular updates and reports to stakeholders on project progress. Maintain quality assurance and control throughout the project lifecycle. The Successful Applicant A successful Mechanical Project Manager should have: Experience managing commercial or industrial mechanical construction projects preferred. Strong understanding of construction project management principles, scheduling, budgeting, and subcontractor coordination. Excellent communication, leadership, negotiation, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and project scheduling software. Knowledge of piping systems, sheet metal systems, AutoCAD, and technical construction documents is a plus. What's on Offer Competitive salary ranging from $90,000 to $140,000.
