Job Description

Requirements:
Previous construction office experience preferred Ability to work alone or as part of a team Must have time management and organizational skills with the ability to multi-task Must be detail-oriented and able to work in an often fast-paced environment Manage day-to-day administrative functions of commercial construction project(s) Assist with subcontracts, work orders, purchase orders, etc. Assist with preparing invoices and following up on payment Preparing proposals, contracts, subcontracts, submittals, scopes of work, and related construction documents Work with project team to ensure project moves according to schedule Attend job meetings, take and prepare minutes, distribute, and follow-up action items Create and maintain project closeout documents Some basic accounting knowledge is helpful Must be proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, and Outlook We believe in hiring people who possess an honest belief in doing the job right, and respecting others and their opinions.
