Job Description Plan, coordinate, and manage construction projects from start to finish. Ensure projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Oversee teams, contractors, and suppliers to maintain quality and efficiency. Monitor project progress and address any issues or delays. Prepare and manage project budgets and resources effectively. Maintain compliance with safety regulations and industry standards. Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates and address concerns. Document project milestones and ensure all deliverables are met. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager should have: 5-10 yeard of project management experience Site work and core and shell automation warehouse experience Experience managing construction projects within the property industry. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Ability to manage budgets and schedules effectively. Excellent communication and leadership abilities. Knowledge of safety regulations and industry standards. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
