What You'll Do Shadow our Project Managers on active jobs to learn how we run roofing projects start to finish Support PMs with crew coordination, material checks, deliveries, and homeowner communication Help with job site setup, walkthroughs, quality checks, and end of day cleanup Document jobs in ServiceTitan and CompanyCam (photos, notes, status updates) Run errands and material runs as needed to keep crews moving Step into more responsibility on small jobs as you progress Spot upgrade opportunities and learn how to present them Be the extra set of hands and eyes that keeps projects on track The Growth Path You start as an Assistant PM at an hourly rate. As we grow and open new full PM seats, those roles are filled from inside the team first. Assistant PMs who consistently show up, learn the systems, take ownership, and earn trust are first in line. When you're promoted, you move to the full PM compensation package: $55,000-$65,000 base salary plus performance bonuses and the full benefits package. What We're Looking For Some construction, trades, or hands-on work experience preferred (roofing, siding, gutters, windows, exterior remodeling a plus) Coachable. You take feedback and apply it Strong work ethic. You show up early and stay until the job's done Tech comfortable.
