We are looking for a Project Manager to oversee residential roofing, siding, and gutter jobs from start to finish and deliver a top-tier customer experience every time. What You Will Be Doing Review project details the evening before each job Coordinate crews, material deliveries, and homeowners Show up early to job sites to confirm setup and delivery Tow and position the company trailer at job sites as needed Oversee progress and keep every job on schedule Verify workmanship and hold the crew to our quality standard Capture complete photo documentation at every stage of the job Communicate throughout the day with the office team and the customer Identify additional scope and product upgrades the homeowner needs Catch problems on site so the job does not need a return trip Close out with a customer walkthrough, confirm payment, and collect a review or testimonial What We Are Looking For Construction or project management experience. Roofing, siding, gutters, or windows is a plus Excellent communication and leadership skills Tech-savvy and organized. You will live in our CRM and on your phone Comfortable managing multiple projects per day Comfortable working at heights and walking pitched roofs Able to safely tow, back, and maneuver an equipment trailer Valid driver's license, clean driving record, and a strong work ethic Must pass a pre-employment background check and drug screening What You Will Get $55,000 to $65,000 base salary depending on experience Performance bonuses Company vehicle Paid twice per month Health insurance Dental insurance Vision insurance Paid time off Paid training and full support Career growth. All offers are contingent on successfully completing a background check, a motor vehicle record check, and a drug screening.

Work Location:

Field-based, serving Westmoreland and Fayette County from our Hunker PA office.

Pay:

$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
