Job Description
•Experience with Commercial Roofing installation/Repairs is required
•The Commercial Project Coordinator plays a pivotal role in supporting the successful execution of commercial projects within Greenawalt Roofing Company. This role involves coordinating project activities, liaising with various stakeholders, and ensuring that projects are completed on time and within budget. The Commercial Project Coordinator provides essential administrative and organizational support to project managers, contributing to the overall efficiency and effectiveness of project delivery.
Duties:
Work closely with Commercial Team with scheduling/orders/crews Working knowledge single-ply commercial roofing systems Job-site/On-site representative for the company Assist project managers in the coordination and implementation of commercial projects from initiation to completion. Communication with suppliers Oversee Commercial Crews on site Oversee entire project as on-site point of contact Coordinate with site crews and solve any work-related issues Set up and oversee safety Small Commercial Repairs Assist the Commercial Sales Estimator with any other tasks as required Coordinate with the Production staff regarding project creation and completion
Qualifications:
Proven experience in project coordination, preferably within the commercial roofing industry. Familiarity with commercial roofing materials, installation methods, and building codes/regulations. Demonstrated success in managing multiple projects simultaneously, from initiation to completion. Experience with project scheduling, budgeting, and resource allocation. Knowledge of safety protocols and regulations related to roofing projects. Familiarity with roofing materials, systems, and construction techniques. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to effectively communicate with internal teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and clients.
