Responsibilities include:
Creating accurate project estimates Managing a team of 8 painters Overseeing quality control for all projects Ensuring profitability across all jobs in the market Maintaining exceptional customer satisfaction Expanding brand presence within the market Requirements General knowledge of home construction Strong work ethic and communication skills Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail Painting experience is not required
