One of Insight Global's clients is looking to hire a PMO Project Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of five (5) years of expertise in project/program management experience, not to exceed ten (10) years of experience, managing projects/programs of various size and subject matter, including but not limited to integration, scope, schedule, cost, communication, vendor, and risk planning and management. Ideally, these projects will have been related to SAP implementations, upgrades, etc and will have been managed simultaneously with other large-scale projects in the SDLC space. This client has a playbook in place that this individual will be expected to closely adhere to without straying from the set processes and procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

Manages and coordinates the activities of internal and/or external staff involved in multiple IT projects of varying complexity. Develops and maintains project plans and other artifacts as required using the client's or other established project management standards, procedures, templates, and methodologies. Coordinates with business owners and other analysts to define and refine the project scope. Performs project management duties through the entire project lifecycle, including initiating, planning, executing, monitoring and controlling, and closing. Conducts lessons learned sessions during and after projects to identify recommendations for improvement. Develops and maintains a productive working relationship with technology staff, business owners, project sponsors, vendors, and key clients. Adheres to the PMO Playbook and referenced artifacts.

Compensation:

$50-60/hr. Exact compensation may vary based on several factors, including skills, experience, and education. Employees in this role will enjoy a comprehensive benefits package starting on day one of employment, including options for medical, dental, and vision insurance. Eligibility to enroll in the 401(k) retirement plan begins after 90 days of employment. Additionally, employees in this role will have access to paid sick leave and other paid time off benefits as required under the applicable law of the worksite location. Compensation and benefits provided by Insight Global during contract assignment. All questions and inquiries regarding these things should be directed towards Insight Global. This is intended to be a 12-month contract based on performance and attendance while on assignment with possible extensions over the next few years.

Required Skills:

5-10 years of experience in Project/Program Management supporting a PMO within an IT App Dev portfolio. Experience supporting SAP-related projects including implementation, integrations, and upgrades. ServiceNow experience, ideally in Idea, Project, and Demand modules. Azure DevOps experience. Experience with ITIL / ITSM and PMBOK practices and methodologies. Keen attention to detail and ability to communicate with C-Level executives. Able to work directly on Insight Global's W2 (no C2C). PMP Certification Resides within 2-3 hours of Harrisburg, PA (driving/train). Candidates who live further than this will not be considered.
