Job Summary To Apply for this Job Click Here A growing residential remodeling and construction company is hiring a Project Manager to oversee residential remodeling projects, production crews, customer communication, scheduling, and project execution from pre construction through final walkthrough. This role offers the opportunity to directly impact customer satisfaction, operational success, and team performance within a collaborative and team oriented environment. Project Manager
  • What You Will Do Conduct pre construction meetings with homeowners and estimators Measure projects and create take offs for project planning and execution Prepare project budgets, timelines, and scheduling plans Coordinate crews, subcontractors, suppliers, and material deliveries Communicate regularly with customers throughout the life of each project Address customer concerns, issues, and change orders quickly and professionally Manage project schedules and oversee multiple crews simultaneously Review timesheets, approve payroll related items, and oversee project documentation Conduct final walkthroughs and support project closeout activities Support hiring, coaching, training, and performance management of crews and subcontractors Project Manager•What You Bring 5+ years of construction or carpentry experience 2+ years of leadership, foreman, or project management experience within construction Ability to read blueprints and schematics Strong organizational and communication skills Experience coordinating schedules, subcontractors, and material procurement Ability to manage multiple projects, priorities, and deadlines simultaneously Strong customer service mindset with professionalism under pressure Self motivated personality with leadership capability and accountability Valid driver's license and reliable transportation Project Manager•Compensation and Opportunity Competitive salary based on experience with bonus opportunity available Bi weekly pay structure Mileage reimbursement for use of personal vehicle Cell phone stipend and company laptop provided Medical, dental, and vision plans available 401(k) and long term growth opportunity within a growing company 3 weeks paid time off plus major holidays and birthday off Monday through Friday schedule with flexibility to support customer emergencies when needed If you are a construction professional who enjoys leading projects, coordinating teams, and delivering high quality customer experiences, we encourage you to apply.
