Job Overview We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented PMO (Project Management Office) Analyst to join our team and drive excellence in project execution and program management. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting project portfolio management, ensuring adherence to project management methodologies, and facilitating seamless communication across teams. Your energetic approach and strong organizational skills will help optimize processes, manage risks, and deliver impactful results that align with organizational goals. This position offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to complex projects, foster continuous improvement, and develop innovative solutions within a fast-paced environment. Duties PMO - Jira Tracking & Reporting Manage project tracking, status reporting, and governance activities using Jira to ensure timely delivery of project milestones. Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and KPIs in Jira, providing accurate project insights to stakeholders. Utilize MS Excel for data analysis, reporting, and trend tracking, and MS PowerPoint for executive-level presentations. Coordinate with project teams to monitor risks, issues, action items, and ensure adherence to PMO standards and processes.
