Work Arrangement:
Onsite Position Summary:
You will play a key role in supporting the deployment of SAP and core model processes at our organization manufacturing site in Philadelphia. Acting as a bridge between local manufacturing and supply chain teams and the global IS team, you will ensure smooth implementation and adoption of SAP at the site (data migration, process adoption, system testing).
Background & Context:
You will be involved in all phases of the project, from user requirements to cut-over, go-live and hyper-care.
Key Responsibilities:
Facilitate Workshops:
coordinate and participate to project workshops with PHL business teams and the global IS team.
Gap Analysis:
collaborate with PHL business teams and the global IS team to identify and document gaps between PHL local processes and core model.
Data Migration:
Drive data collection, formatting, cleansing and migration activities, providing clear governance rules.
Scope of data:
material master data, BOM, recipes, purchasing info, quality management,
Stakeholder Engagement:
Identify key contributors and future end-users, ensuring their active involvement throughout the project.
Testing Management:
Organize and plan testing phases with domain contributors to validate system implementation. Follow-up on testing preparation for smooth execution
Training:
localize training materials for key users, define training plan, prepare data and application practice.
Qualification & Experience:
Strong communication and facilitation skills. Project management experience in a manufacturing or supply chain environment Bachelor's Degree or technical discipline degree and 1+ years of experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing or Information Systems. Previous experience with SAP usage or implementation is a plus Project management or coordination skills Excellent verbal and written skills - English mandatory, French is a plus Experience with FDA-regulated environment preferred, or other regulated industry Organizational skills with high attention to detail Proficient with MS Office, Excel, Word and Outlook Ability to multitask Ability to adapt to changing priorities
