Full-timeJob SummaryWe are seeking an experienced Structural Steel Project Manager with a strong background in structural steel fabrication and erection. The ideal candidate will have proven experience managing multiple projects from award through completion, coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders, and ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and within budget.

Key ResponsibilitiesManage structural steel fabrication and erection projects from award through completion.

Coordinate with customers, detailers, engineers, fabricators, subcontractors, and field crews.

Develop, maintain, and monitor project schedules and budgets.

Review and track structural drawings, specifications, RFIs, and submittals.

Identify, prepare, deliver, and track project change orders as required.

Coordinate material and steel deliveries with scheduling and field requirements.

Attend project meetings and maintain effective customer relationships.

Monitor project progress, costs, schedules, and deliverables.

Resolve project issues and coordinate solutions with engineering, fabrication, and field teams.

Ensure projects are completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and according to specifications.

Maintain accurate project documentation throughout the project lifecycle.

QualificationsMinimum of 5 years of structural steel project management experience.

Strong knowledge of structural steel fabrication and erection processes.

Ability to read and interpret structural drawings, plans, and specifications.

Experience coordinating with engineers, detailers, fabricators, customers, and field personnel.

Strong understanding of project scheduling, budgeting, RFIs, submittals, and change orders.

Excellent organizational, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Microsoft Excel.

Experience with project management or construction management software.

Knowledge of OSHA requirements and construction safety practices is a plus.

Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
