Role Description Martarano Engineering, Inc. is seeking a Project Manager with an electrical engineering background to join our team. Responsibilities Manage all aspects of projects including proposal writing, scope development, design scope definition, scheduling, staff management, and construction administration. Successful completion of projects while ensuring quality, on-time delivery within budget. Ability to manage multiple projects across disciplines (MEP/FP) and with various clients across all stages of design and construction completion. Lead and mentor all electrical engineering designers. Oversee design disciplines on lighting, power and low voltage systems, electrical load calculations, and layouts. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in engineering (Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering with electrical emphasis). Professional Engineer (PE) License. Professional verbal and written communication skills. Minimum 8+ years of relevant experience, with a preference for project management. Strong computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft Office and Teams, AutoCAD, Revit and PDF editing. Must have experience with specification writing including Masterspec or similar programs. Strong working knowledge of applicable state and local building codes. Ability to work on-site in Wyomissing, PA and collaborate with cross-functional teams. Benefits Paid time off.
