Orefield, PA | On-site An established, family-owned real estate development company is seeking an experienced Senior Construction Manager to join its growing construction team. This individual will manage projects from design and preconstruction through construction, opening, and closeout. Approximately 50% of the role will initially focus on hospitality projects, with the remaining time supporting a diverse portfolio that may include retail, medical offices, golf facilities, agricultural operations, beverage facilities, and other real estate developments. Key Responsibilities Manage projects from design and preconstruction through completion, opening, and closeout Coordinate architects, engineers, interior designers, consultants, contractors, and specialty vendors Manage project budgets, schedules, bidding, contracts, procurement, and change orders Review drawings and specifications for constructability, cost-saving, and value-engineering opportunities Monitor construction progress, quality, safety, and adherence to high-end design standards Assist with contractor selection, negotiations, and purchasing Identify project risks and proactively resolve construction and coordination issues Support renovations, expansions, and capital improvement projects across the portfolio Work closely with ownership and the internal construction team to establish priorities and ensure successful execution Manage multiple projects at various stages of development Qualifications 7+ years of construction management or project management experience Proven experience managing projects from design through construction and completion Strong knowledge of construction costs, schedules, drawings, contracts, bidding, and change orders Hotel, resort, hospitality, luxury, or other high-end construction experience strongly preferred Excellent communication, organization, leadership, and problem-solving skills Ability to collaborate effectively with ownership, consultants, contractors, and project stakeholders Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established organization and play a key role in delivering high-quality hospitality and real estate development projects.
