Job Description Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, execution, and completion. Coordinate with architects, engineers, and subcontractors to ensure project requirements are met. Monitor project budgets, schedules, and resources to ensure timely delivery. Oversee compliance with safety regulations and quality standards. Communicate project updates to stakeholders and address any issues or delays. Develop and maintain project documentation, including contracts, schedules, and progress reports. Identify and mitigate risks to keep projects running smoothly. Foster strong working relationships with team members and external partners. The Successful Applicant A successful Project Manager should have: A strong understanding of construction processes and project management principles. Excellent communication and leadership skills to guide teams effectively. Proficiency in project management software and tools. The ability to manage budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently. Knowledge of safety regulations and quality control standards in the construction industry. Problem-solving skills to address challenges and ensure project success.
