Responsibilities:

Own the day-to-day execution of multiple residential remodeling projects Act as the primary communication hub between the client, lead carpenter, subs, and the design/sales team Build and manage project schedules and update as needed Oversee jobsite performance and problem-solve on the fly Ensure job costs stay aligned with budget Walk jobs for quality control and ensure punchlist and final details meet standards Manage project documentation using JobTread and internal systems

What We're Looking For:

Minimum 5 years of experience in residential construction or project management Solid understanding of remodeling workflows, permits, and trades Proficiency with project management software (JobTread experience is a plus) Comfortable with Microsoft Office and using cloud-based communication tools Driver's license and reliable transportation Ability to walk job sites, climb ladders, and carry materials when needed
