We're seeking a motivated Assistant Project Manager to support commercial construction projects throughout the Pittsburgh region. What You'll DoAssist Project Managers with planning, coordinating, and executing construction projects from start to finish.

Track project schedules, budgets, and subcontractor performance.

Coordinate with owners, architects, engineers, and field personnel.

Review project drawings, specifications, contracts, and submittals.

Help manage RFIs, change orders, purchase orders, and project documentation.

Monitor project progress to ensure work is completed safely, on schedule, and within budget.

Participate in job site visits and project meetings.

Support quality control and compliance with company and OSHA safety standards.

QualificationsBachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or a related field preferred.2+ years of construction project coordination or assistant project management experience.

Understanding of commercial construction practices and project lifecycle.

Strong organizational and time management skills.

Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

Proficiency with Microsoft Office; experience with Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, or similar construction software is a plus.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment.
