Commercial Carpentry construction Tiello has partnered with a highly successful commercial carpentry construction company located in Glen Mills, Pennsylvania area on their search for a Project Manage/Estimator with experience in Banking, Pharmaceutical, Retail, Entertainment, Manufacturing, Health Care and Retirement/Life Care Communities.
Duties & Responsibilities:
Oversee daily operations of construction projects from start to finish. Coordinate and supervise all field activities, subcontractors, and crews. Ensure work is performed safely, on schedule, and within budget. Interpret and enforce construction plans, blueprints, and specifications. Conduct daily site inspections and resolve any on-site issues. Manage project schedules, sequencing, and work assignments. Communicate regularly with project managers, owners, architects, and engineers. Ensure compliance with local building codes, safety regulations, and company standards. Monitor quality of workmanship and materials. Order, track, and manage delivery of equipment and materials. Maintain accurate documentation, including daily reports, logs, and progress photos. Lead weekly site meetings with subcontractors and stakeholders.
Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in construction management, engineering, or a similar field plus 5-10 years in construction Carpentry Experience Time management, organizational skills and ability to multi- task required Entrepreneurial mindset Understanding of local permit and zoning regulations Proficient with Excel, and Microsoft Office as well as job costing software Applicants must be authorized to work in the U.S. Tiello LLC is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer.
