Job Summary:

We are seeking a Senior Project Manager to support commercial construction initiatives across a portfolio in the Radnor, PA area. Our team is looking for a professional who can coordinate tenant improvement and capital improvement projects, partner with multiple stakeholders, and help keep work moving smoothly from planning through execution.

Responsibilities:

Coordinate commercial construction projects and help direct activities from planning through delivery. Support tenant improvement and capital improvement work across multiple sites in the Radnor area. Partner with tenants, leasing teams, design teams, and other stakeholders during weekly project meetings. Review RFPs and represent the landlord across office build-outs, expansions, and upgrades.

Required:

Construction-focused project management experience is required; this is not an IT project management role. Experience managing tenant improvement projects is preferred. Background in architecture, interior design, engineering, or similar fields may be considered if paired with construction project management experience. 5-10 years of construction project management experience is ideal. Driver's license and own vehicle are required for travel to multiple sites in the Radnor area. Ability to work independently and participate in a standard background check.
