Job Description Key Responsibilities Lead projects from initiation through completion. Develop comprehensive project plans, schedules, and budgets. Coordinate cross-functional teams to achieve project goals. Monitor project progress and provide status updates to stakeholders. Identify project risks and implement mitigation strategies. The Successful Applicant A successful Building and Construction Project Manager should have: Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field. 3+ years of project management experience. Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. Strong understanding of project management methodologies and best practices. Experience working with project management software such as Microsoft Project, Jira, Asana, or similar tools. Excellent organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
