Job Description

Overview We are looking for experienced Residential Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a background in residential remodeling, with the ability to manage projects from concept to completion. This role requires attention to detail, excellent time management skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members to achieve high-quality results. Duties Read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts to ensure compliance with design requirements. Collaborate with clients to understand their remodeling needs and preferences. Develop detailed project plans, including timelines and budgets. Responsible for project tracking and reporting. Schedule and coordinate subcontractors, materials, and equipment for timely project execution. Conduct site inspections to monitor progress and ensure adherence to safety standards. Perform hands-on remodeling tasks as needed, including framing, drywall installation, flooring, and finishing work. Communicate effectively with clients regarding project updates and any changes in scope. Skills Strong skills in project scheduling. Excellent blueprint reading abilities to accurately interpret plans. Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively. Knowledge of contract management processes related to remodeling projects. Ability to work well under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
