The Senior Project Manager position plays a strategic role in client engagement, company risk management, and continually improving our delivery process. This position requires a dependable, detail-oriented individual, who shares an interest in product building and assembly to bring project from initial sale to reality. The ideal candidate has experience in the construction trades and a background in architectural wall product installation. This position is based out of Transwall headquarters in West Chester, PA.
Responsibilities:
  • Lead and oversee Transwall product installation projects, ensuring quality, timeliness, and budget compliance.
  • Manage resources, schedules, risks, and change requests to deliver successful projects.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to improve processes and achieve organizational goals.
  • Maintain clear communication with stakeholders, resolve issues promptly, and represent Transwall at industry events.
  • Support sales efforts, training initiatives, and continuous improvement across project delivery and installation. Requirements
  • Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
  • Ability to manage high-pressure situations and tight deadlines.
  • Excellent client-facing and internal communication and relationship building skills.
  • Proficiency in Gantt chart development, project management software and reporting tools.
  • Travel to project sites up to 30% of time Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of project management experience
  • Strong understanding of construction documents, building systems (ceilings, lighting, HVAC), and overall construction processes.
  • Ability to interpret architectural plans and specifications accurately and efficiently.

Pay:
$82,000.00 - $105,000.00 per year
