Job Description

Rebar Project Coordinator We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized professional to join our team in York, PA. This position offers an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in rebar detailing, project coordination, and DOT-related construction projects. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting project execution, customer coordination, and fabrication scheduling while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
Duties:
Prepare and coordinate rebar placing drawings and related drafting activities. Manage project schedules to align customer requirements with fabrication timelines. Communicate with contractors to address concerns, resolve issues, and implement corrective actions as needed. Support DOT-related projects, including material certifications and compliance with rebar regulations and specifications. Coordinate project information between internal teams, customers, and contractors. Monitor project progress and help ensure deadlines are met. Maintain accurate project documentation and correspondence.
Requirements:
Understanding of the fundamentals of drafting and coordinating rebar placing drawings. Knowledge of DOT project requirements, including material certifications and rebar-related regulations. Knowledge of ASA software is preferred. Familiarity with DOT blueprint styles is preferred.

$65,000•85,000 annually
