Scott Electric has a current opening at our Youngwood, PA branch for a Full-Time Project Coordinator in the Commercial Lighting division (Monday-Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM).

Responsibilities:

Assure accuracy of lot job reconciling including change orders, on time billings and maintain or increase lot job profit levels Ability to converse on a knowledgeable level with electricians and general contractors purchasing managers, estimators, job foreman, vendors and their reps Work with multiple jobs construction schedules, order status and completion deadlines Ability to be proactive rather than reactive, and to achieve best problem resolution for customer and company Provide the best customer service and enthusiasm for increasing sales

Requirements:

One-year general sales experience High school diploma or equivalent Advanced math skills Well-developed written and verbal communication skills Excellent planning, effective and efficient time and task management, with organizational skills Critical thinking skills Highly motivated, a self-starter with excellent time-management abilities Long term commitment to developing knowledge in the lighting industry Strong communication skills Ability to work in a highly stressful environment dealing in a very competitive industry Able to thrive in a fast-paced working environment Ability to multi-task with meticulous attention to detail Calm and professional demeanor when handling stressful situations Must be a team player with confidence to work independently Must pass background check and drug screening Microsoft Office expertise

Preferred:
