Project Manager Lead Retail Projects That Make a Lasting Impact Are you a Project Manager who enjoys turning complex ideas into successful projects? We're looking for a motivated, detail-oriented professional to oversee retail construction, remodel, and special projects from concept through completion. In this role, you'll collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, vendors, and internal leadership to deliver high-quality projects on time and within scope. What You'll Do Manage multiple construction, remodel, and special projects simultaneously while meeting key milestones and deadlines. Review and interpret architectural, civil, structural, mechanical, electrical, and plumbing construction documents. Coordinate with architects, contractors, vendors, landlords, and regulatory agencies throughout all phases of a project. Track, review, and manage project change orders while identifying opportunities to improve processes and reduce recurring issues. Develop scopes of work (SOW), fixture layouts, and engineering concepts to support successful project execution. Provide technical guidance and problem-solving support to internal teams and project stakeholders. Communicate project updates, changes, and expectations to both internal and external partners. Support value engineering initiatives to reduce construction costs while maintaining quality, consistency, and project standards. Assist with training and mentoring AutoCAD specialists and team members. Prepare reports, analyses, and presentations using Microsoft Office tools. Stay current on industry codes, standards, software, and best practices to support project success. What We're Looking For Experience managing multiple construction, engineering, design, or renovation projects at the same time. Ability to read, interpret, and review construction drawings, specifications, and building codes. Strong project management, organizational, and documentation skills. Proficiency with AutoCAD and Microsoft Office Suite. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Strong analytical thinking and technical problem-solving abilities. Self-motivated with exceptional attention to detail and the ability to work independently. Team-oriented mindset with a passion for continuous improvement. Retail or commercial construction experience is a plus. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.87 - $44.23/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
