$35 - 40 per hour Are you ready to drive strategic execution for a Global Pharmaceutical Leader's in-house agency? As a consultative partner, you will spearhead end-to-end omnichannel solutions and elevate the standard for high-visibility promotional campaigns.

Responsibilities:

Orchestrate end-to-end omnichannel solutions across print and digital platforms to ensure seamless delivery of critical business objectives. Drive strategic execution by developing comprehensive project timelines and allocating resources to keep campaigns on budget and schedule. Act as a consultative partner during internal status reviews, mitigating risks and providing data-driven proposals to optimize agency workflows. Navigate complex regulatory review processes, meticulously preparing assets to guarantee strict compliance with corporate promotional guidelines.

Qualifications:

1 to 4 years of recent advertising agency experience in client services, including at least 1 year specializing in pharmaceutical marketing. Specialized expertise navigating enterprise project management and regulatory compliance platforms, specifically Kantata, Workfront, and Veeva PromoMats. Proven track record of managing multiple concurrent campaigns and adapting workflows within a dynamic, high-visibility environment. Bachelor's degree paired with exceptional organizational, communication, and proactive problem-solving skills to foster seamless cross-functional collaboration.
