Responsibilities:

Manage and oversee architectural projects from conception to completion Coordinate with clients, contractors, and consultants to ensure project success Develop project plans, budgets, and timelines Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality of work Review and approve architectural designs, drawings, and specifications Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution Provide leadership and guidance to project team members Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and industry standards Prepare and present project status reports to stakeholders

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Architecture or a related field and/or Proven Experience Proven experience as an Architectural Project Manager or similar role Proficiency in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit) for drafting and design purposes Familiarity with Bluebeam and Adobe Creative Suite for document management and presentation purposes Strong knowledge of interior design principles and practices Excellent budgeting and financial management skills Ability to lead a team and manage multiple projects simultaneously Strong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with clients, contractors, and team members Demonstrated business development skills for acquiring new projects and clients Ability to problem-solve and make critical decisions in a fast-paced environment Experience in building construction is highly desirable.
