full-time Our client located in Cumming, GA is looking for a Assistant Project Manager to join their team.

Pay:

$70k - $80k Hybrid Great Benefits They are seeking a motivated, organized, and hands-on Field Project Manager to join their growing team in Georgia. This is a hybrid role that will spend approximately 50% of the time in the field and 50% supporting project management and operational efforts.

  • Willingness to travel to project sites throughout Georgia and surrounding states including Alabama, Florida, and Tennessee as needed
  • This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being both on job sites and in a fast-paced office environment helping drive projects from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Assist with coordination and execution of active projects
  • Conduct regular job site visits throughout Georgia and surrounding states
  • Support field operations, installation teams, subcontractors, and scheduling efforts
  • Review drawings, specifications, RFIs, submittals, and project documents
  • Track project schedules, materials, deliveries, and change orders
  • Help ensure projects remain on schedule, within budget, and aligned with Company standards
  • Coordinate communication between customers, vendors, subcontractors, installers, and internal departments
  • Identify and help resolve field and project-related issues proactively
  • Utilize systems such as Acumatica, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office, and project management tools to support operations
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Construction Management, Engineering, or related construction experience
  • Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  • Ability to work both independently and within a team environment
  • Comfortable working in both office and field settings
  • Experience reading construction drawings and specifications
  • Experience with Bluebeam and project management software preferred
  • Willingness to travel to project sites as needed
