You will serve as a dynamic operational leader managing exterior building envelope installations from submittal to final project closeout. This role empowers you to direct project finances, build strategic vendor relationships, and guide site teams on high-impact commercial and federal construction projects. You will join an accessible leadership team that gives you full autonomy to make decisions, solve complex site issues, and directly influence company growth. How You Will Make anImpact:
Manage a simultaneous portfolio of 10 to 15 architectural panel, siding, and roofing projects from initial submittal through final closeout. Maintain project financial health, ensuring gross profit yields fall within +5%/-1% of projected targets while capping material surplus below 5%. Track project milestones and execute financial tracking utilizing Contractor Foreman and client-specified Procore software. Perform detailed material take-offs, issue purchase orders, and draft subcontracts to maintain alignment with project timelines. Collaborate directly with Site Managers to review installation details, assign equipment resources, and establish site delivery cadences. Perform field layout measurements on active job sites to verify substrate readiness prior to crew mobilization. Execute project change orders, verify weekly subcontractor pay applications, and present updated cost-to-complete reports to leadership. Must be adaptable with the ability to learn new scopes, and confidently jump in wherever the job requires Jack-of-all-trades mindset, comfortable moving between financial tracking, field logistics, and client-facing tasks as needed.Required Qualifications & Experience:
Proven experience managing multi-site commercial, multi-family, or federal construction projects as a Project Manager. Demonstrated proficiency using construction management and plan review tools such as Bluebeam, Procore, or Contractor Foreman. Holds active OSHA 30, Aerial Lift, and First Aid certifications. Strong knowledge of construction means and methods, contract terms, material take-offs, and project accounting. Ability to travel up to 30% outside the local area for site visits, field measurements, and client meetings. Ability to pivot quickly in response to shifting project priorities, schedules, and field conditions. Proactive problem solver that can assess a situation, make sound decisions, and take ownership of the results Dynamic decision-making and communication skills with a record of maintaining high-value client and vendor partnerships. Clean driving recordPreferred Qualifications & Experience:
5 or more years of project management experience specializing in architectural metal panels, commercial siding, or roofing systems. Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Bilingual a plusCompensation & Benefits:
