Full Job Description We're Hiring:

Commercial Project Manager (Low-Slope Roofing) Based in the U.S. | Must be willing to travel Pro Exteriors LLC Are you an experienced commercial roofing professional ready to lead high-impact projects across the country? Pro Exteriors LLC is actively seeking a Commercial Project Manager with a strong background in low-slope commercial roofing systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM, Built-Up, Modified Bitumen).

Please note:

You must have prior commercial roofing experience to qualify for this position.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee full-cycle project management for commercial roofing jobs from kickoff through closeout Coordinate crews, materials, logistics, and timelines for multiple job sites Ensure quality control and safety compliance on all installations Conduct regular site inspections and maintain detailed documentation Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure excellence in execution

Must-Haves:

Commercial roofing experience is required — residential-only experience will not qualify Minimum 3-5 years of experience in low-slope commercial roofing Proven track record managing commercial projects (TPO, PVC, EPDM, etc.) Willingness and ability to travel regionally and nationally Strong leadership and communication skills Detail-oriented, highly organized, and solutions-focused

Position Details & Benefits:

W-2, full-time salary position

Salary Range:
