Qualifications Proven experience in construction management or project management within the commercial sector. Proficiency in estimating and scheduling tools such as Stack Construction Technologies, HeavyBid, Civil 3D, Primavera P6, Bluebeam or similar software. Strong understanding of blueprint reading, contracts, and commercial construction operations. Excellent time management, organization, and communication skills.
