The Coordinated Entry Coordinator (CE Coordinator) leads day-to-day implementation of the NPCoC Coordinated Entry (CE) system across Hancock, Brooke, Ohio, Marshall, and Wetzel Counties. The position builds a No Wrong Door approach, so that a person seeking help at any participating agency, shelter, outreach team, or public system receives the same standardized access, assessment, and referral to gain access to permanent housing through the Coordinated Entry System. The CE Coordinator works with CoC member agencies, local governments, the West Virginia Coalition to End Homelessness, and HMIS administrators. The goal is a CE system that is consistent, accessible, data driven, and compliant with HUD Continuum of Care requirements (24 CFR 578.7(a)(8)) and CE guidance.
