•Hybrid role

• for DFW candidates (4 days in office, 1 remote) HCK2 Marketing + Communications is an integrated marketing and communications agency in Addison, TX, and we're growing! We're looking for a Project Manager (with an emphasis on web) who can keep a busy studio humming and guide projects from the first kickoff call to the final file. Do you love a well-built timeline almost as much as great creative? Then keep reading! What We're Looking For If you're the person everyone counts on to know exactly where things stand, this role is for you. We're seeking an organized, proactive project manager who can lead creative work from brief to delivery. You'll juggle projects across creative, web, print, video, branding, social, and PR, keeping our designers, developers, writers, and account team aligned and moving in the same direction. Above all, we value someone who communicates clearly, spots problems before they happen, and cares about the quality of the work as much as the schedule. Job Responsibilities The Day to Day Your days will be split between planning, coordinating, and keeping a close eye on the details. Here's what that looks like: Leading projects from kickoff to final delivery, including creative briefs, scopes, timelines, and budgets. Building project schedules, assigning tasks, and balancing workloads across our creative and development teams. Running kickoffs, status meetings, and internal creative reviews so everyone knows what's due and when. Serving as a day-to-day point of contact for clients, sharing updates, gathering feedback, and managing approvals. Translating client feedback into clear, actionable direction for designers, writers, and developers. Tracking hours and budgets, flagging scope creep early, and helping prepare estimates for new work. Coordinating with outside partners like printers, photographers, video crews, and other vendors. Proofreading and quality-checking deliverables so everything that leaves our office is accurate and on brand. Keeping our project management system (Basecamp), files, and documentation organized and up to date. Helping refine HCK2's internal processes so our team can work smarter, not just faster. Job Qualifications What You Should Have 3+ years of project management experience in creative, marketing, or advertising. A track record of managing multiple projects at once across disciplines, including web, print, video, branding and social. Proficiency with project management software (we use Basecamp!) Working knowledge of how creative gets made, including website development, print production, and video production. Some familiarity with Figma and Adobe Creative Cloud. You don't need to design, but you should be able to speak the language. A bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience. Strong written and verbal communication skills. You can deliver good news, tough news, and everything in between with tact and confidence. Exceptional organization and time management. You set smart priorities, protect deadlines, and never let details slip through the cracks. A sharp eye for detail and solid proofreading skills. A calm, solutions-focused approach when timelines shift or priorities change. A collaborative spirit and desire to bring processes and order to your work. The ability to leverage AI tools for optimizing efficiency, but not as a replacement for sound judgment and genuine client relationships A growth mindset How to Apply Ready to Apply? Send your resume and salary requirements to zoe.wood@hck2.com. Email zoe.wood@hck2.com Additional Information Why You'll Like It Here A 37-hour workweek that leaves room for family and life.
