We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Project Manager / Creative Agency Manager to support RED, in-house agency within Personal Wealth Marketing. This individual will play a critical role in driving creative and strategic marketing initiatives from intake through delivery while ensuring operational excellence, process efficiency, and strong stakeholder communication. The ideal candidate brings strong experience managing multiple creative projects simultaneously, is highly proficient in Adobe Workfront, and demonstrates exceptional executive presence when partnering with senior stakeholders. This role requires a disciplined, solutions-oriented professional who thrives in fast-paced environments and can independently improve workflows and processes to accelerate speed-to-market.Key Responsibilities:
Project Management & Delivery:
Manage and track multiple creative and strategic marketing projects simultaneously. Build and maintain detailed project schedules, timelines, and deliverables. Coordinate workflows across designers, writers, deployment specialists, and stakeholders. Facilitate project reviews, approvals, and communication throughout the project lifecycle. Ensure projects remain organized, on schedule, and aligned with business priorities. Identify risks, issues, and bottlenecks proactively while driving resolution strategies. Manage change requests and escalate concerns when necessary.Process Improvement & Operational Excellence:
Continuously evaluate and improve project management processes and team efficiencies. Leverage Adobe Workfront and other tools to optimize workflows and reporting. Independently design and implement scalable workflows and operational improvements. Drive consistency across processes, asset management, and communication standards. Support initiatives that improve speed-to-market and overall team productivity.Stakeholder & Team Collaboration:
Partner closely with cross-functional teams including designers, writers, marketers, and leadership. Build strong relationships across teams and foster a collaborative working environment. Communicate effectively with senior leaders and tailor messaging appropriately for executive audiences. Clearly articulate project requirements, timelines, and rationale behind decisions and processes. Contribute positively to RED team culture by encouraging accountability, collaboration, and high performance.Qualifications:
Required Skills & Experience:
3-5 years of Project Management experience, preferably supporting creative, marketing, or agency environments. Hands-on experience with Adobe Workfront is required. Proven experience managing multiple concurrent projects in fast-paced environments. Strong understanding of project delivery, scheduling, workflow management, and stakeholder coordination. Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and process improvement skills. Strong communication and relationship-building abilities. Ability to operate independently in ambiguous environments with minimal direction. Demonstrated executive presence and professionalism.Preferred Background:
Experience supporting marketing, creative services, or in-house agency teams. Experience improving operational efficiencies and implementing workflow enhancements. Familiarity with creative asset production and campaign management processes.Education:
