The Jack Henry Credit Union Solutions Custom Solutions team is seeking an experienced Project Analyst to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work directly with customers as well as internal software engineers to help our customers find the best solution for their custom needs. This is a remote position and candidates must live within approximately a 70-mile radius of our office locations in Allen, TX; Birmingham; AL; Cedar Falls, IA; Charlotte, NC; Lenexa, KS; Louisville, KY; Monett, MO; or Springfield, MO. All positions, regardless of location, may require an onsite interview or in-person onboarding requirement to verify your identity. What you'll be responsible for: Plans, conducts, and directs the analysis of business problems to be solved with automated systems. Prepares work-effort estimates and solution approaches. Performs analysis to develop design specifications for projects. Defines the system and functional requirements of the product. Performs requirements gathering, project scoping and translates requirements into business specifications. Performs project management duties from feasibility analysis through implementation. Defines specifications and workflow models for product development. Coordinates the development, quality assurance and testing efforts to ensure conformance with design specifications and performance standards. Serves as liaison between end users and development (technical and non-technical departments) during all phases of the software development lifecycle. Creates all requirements and business design documentation. May perform other duties as assigned. What you'll need to have: Minimum of 5 years of experience in project management or project analysis. Minimum of 3 years of experience with Symitar. Strong verbal and written communication skills. Must be able to meet aggressive deadlines and handle multiple, demanding projects. Must be able to travel up to 5%. What would be nice for you to have: Strong knowledge of Symitar Batch PowerOn functionality or PowerFrame Docs. Financial industry experience.
Agile / Scrum
