Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM Job Description We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead and coordinate Data Center projects involving Building Automation Systems (BAS) and Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS). The ideal candidate will have experience managing projects in data center or critical systems environments, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing budgets, and ensuring projects are completed on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead and coordinate Data Center BAS and EPMS installation and integration projects. Manage project schedules, budgets, cost forecasts, and resource requirements. Coordinate with engineering, construction, software, and operations teams. Conduct project meetings and track milestones and deliverables. Manage change orders, material orders, and project documentation. Coordinate customer approvals, site visits, and project closeout activities. Ensure timely project completion and customer satisfaction.

Required Skills:

Minimum 3 years of experience as a Lead Project Manager in a Data Center or critical systems environment. Experience with Building Automation Systems (BAS) and Electrical Power Monitoring Systems (EPMS). Knowledge of HVAC and hydronic systems. Understanding of low-voltage electronics and serial/IP communication protocols. Proficiency in Microsoft Office. General knowledge of AutoCAD and Visio. Strong project scheduling, budgeting, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to travel to customer sites within the Chicagoland area. Personal vehicle required; business mileage, tolls, and parking reimbursed. #Indeed_
