Position Description:
As a Project Manager on our TELUS Digital team, you will be responsible for the day-to-day management of one or more complex AI programs. The role requires class-leading customer engagement involving strong written and verbal communication skills, the ability to empathize with and respond to customers' and team members' needs, problem-solving skills, and the ability to function effectively in a fast-moving, rapidly changing environment. Collaboration with multi-location and cross-functional teams will be key to maintaining and improving customer satisfaction, revenue, and profitability.
Main Responsibilities:
Proactively focus on fulfilling Customer needs through innovative thinking and collaboration with internal technical, production, scheduling, and management teams. Collaborate with internal teams to initiate, document, and implement procedural changes and customized workflows. Review customer satisfaction through regular meetings and communications. While working with our on-site and off-site teams, plan and monitor projects to meet deadlines, quality, and budget requirements. Focus on continuous improvements and cost-saving measures. Maintain project financial trackers and assist with payment verifications and approvals Optimization through automation

  • 5 years of experience as a Project Manager Data Collection experience preferred Experience in managing multiple and simultaneous complex projects with tight deadlines Experience working with external vendors and customers Technical proficiency (including spreadsheets, Office tools, Google Suite). Experience in project financial management and budgeting. 2
  • 3 years of experience in managing small teams.
Proactive with strong decision-making and problem-solving skills. Ability to optimize tasks and processes. Fluency in English is a must. Will be required to pass a background check General knowledge of artificial intelligence and machine learning is an advantage, but not required
